Account Manager Water

This is a key sales role specifically focused on water customers. Through building strong relationships, providing water expertise and superior service, you will improve the region's water market position and financial growth.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, asset owners and specifiers in the territory.
- Implement a successful call plan that will maximise revenue and effectiveness in the territory.
- Analyse the territory potential and the value of existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure sales opportunities are identified and targeted early and form a strategic coordinated approach that ensures agreed strike rates are achieved.
- Manage the sales pipeline and CRM processes for opportunities in the territory.
Required Attributes
- History of sales success and an understanding of why the success have been achieved. Results driven.
- Commercial Acumen: To understand the value of our package, products and solutions, and to create long term returns on investments.
- Technical Competence, to understand the range of inputs and to allow understanding of language associated with engineering-based people.
- Flexibility to travel as required in support of the territory. travel requiring overnight stays maybe required. (approximately 1-5 days per month)
- Reliable and customer focused. Communicates effectively with the wider team and operates in a respectful and supportive manner
