Job SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional, to join our team and drive growth.
As a key player, reporting directly to the Sales Director for Strategic Accounts in New Zealand, you will be instrumental in delivering top and bottom-line growth while building strong customer relationships as an E2E System Solution provider.Your role will focus on achieving financial and commercial excellence, and you will be responsible for leading the Key Account Teams efforts supporting the packaging business with a select Strategic Customer.
This position is based in Hamilton, New Zealand.
What you will do Achieve Financial Targets for an allocated customer, by implementing strategic portfolio management and competitiveness to ensure profitability.Foster Customer Relationships through developing and executing account plans, and enhancing the customer experience by improving process touchpoints, using digital resources to increase productivity.Accelerate Sales Funnel by prioritizing opportunities with the strategic customer, maximizing value by accurately capturing the customers business case needs, drive cross selling opportunities, generate leads and new opportunities.Bring operational experience and creativity to supporting the strategic customer with business solutions that support mutually beneficial growth.Planning & Forecasting on a monthly basis across packaging material to ensure accurate material, production, and financial planning.Commercial Compliance by Adhering to Tetra Pak's Commercial practices framework and regulatory requirement and ensuring timely documentation of customer files. We believe you have Minimum 5 years of B2B Sales experience with proven resultsStrong business acumen with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial targets.Proven ability to create strong customer relationships based on adding tangible value to the B2B relationshipExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesTechnical knowledge within food & beverage processing, or the ability to grasp technical concepts easily.Can collaborate and influence in a "win as a team" environment.We Offer You
