What You'll Be Doing: The Excitement Awaits

This is a dynamic role where you get to wear many hats and be a critical player in the business. You'll be the go-to person who keeps our operations running seamlessly and our brand shining brightly. Your mission will include:

• Financial Flow Master: Taking charge of essential administrative finance, including accurately processing and tracking all sales-related invoices and handling accounts support.
• Marketing Maverick: Supporting and executing high-impact marketing campaigns, EDM creation, and content development, including basic design work (Canva wizards, apply here).
• Social Star: Managing, curating, and growing our vibrant social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), driving engagement and brand excitement.
• Client Connection: Being the friendly, professional face of Ray White, coordinating communications, providing timely updates and building rapport with clients and prospects.
• Sales Sidekick: Collaborating closely with our top Sales Team to manage the lead pipeline, CRM and ensuring flawless handover and follow-up.
• Event Enthusiast: Helping to plan, organize and execute thrilling events, property launches and promotional activities that wow the community.
• Project Pro: Providing essential administrative support, jumping in on special projects and ensuring no task is too big or small to conquer.
