We're looking for a Digital & SEO Executive to help us elevate our online experience and ensure our digital presence is as strong and seamless as our products.
The Digital & SEO Executive will own the lower funnel driving conversion, managing SEO, optimising our websites, and growing referrals, loyalty, and repeat business via CRM and lifecycle marketing. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and performance of our websites across multiple markets. You'll own all things SEO, support ongoing web development, and play a key role in creating engaging, high-performing content that drives traffic and conversion.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves data as much as storytelling, someone who can blend analytical thinking with creative execution. You'll work closely with our marketing team to ensure the Edwards & Co online experience is user-friendly, optimised, and always on brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Edwards & Co websites (NZ, AU, and Cariboo AU), ensuring all content, products, and landing pages are accurate, up to date, and visually consistent.
• Develop and execute the brand's SEO strategy on-page, off-page, and technical.
• Conduct keyword research, optimise metadata, and improve site performance to grow organic traffic.
• Manage ongoing website development projects in collaboration with developers and designers.
• Write and edit SEO-driven website copy, blogs, and product descriptions.
• Analyse digital performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations.
• Support campaign launches with landing pages and digital assets.
• Ensure a seamless user journey across devices and platforms.
• Support and own CRM and lifecycle communications to improve retention and grow average billings per customer.
• Stay across emerging SEO, CRM, and digital trends to keep Edwards & Co ahead of the curve.
Skills & Experience
You're digitally savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating seamless online experiences. You love diving into analytics but also have a flair for crafting words that connect. You're proactive, organised, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You'll bring:
• 2-4 years' experience in a digital, SEO, or e-commerce role (consumer or lifestyle brands ideal).
• Proven understanding of SEO principles, tools, and best practices.
• Experience managing and updating CMS platforms (Shopify preferred).
• Strong writing and editing skills for web and blog content.
• Basic understanding of web development or experience working with developers.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ubersuggest, or similar).
• Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
• A data-driven mindset with a creative edge.
