About The Role
We're looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to support a major transformation project within a large, fast-paced organisation.

This 12-month contract will see you working closely with senior stakeholders, project managers, and delivery teams to keep activity moving and projects on track.

You'll be coordinating project schedules, governance forums, reporting, and communications, while helping to maintain momentum across multiple workstreams. This is a great role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of project delivery and takes pride in keeping things organised and running smoothly.

In This Role, You Will

  • Support the day-to-day coordination of projects and governance activities
  • Manage project schedules, documentation, reporting, and key communications
  • Assist with project financials and tracking deliverables
  • Use tools like SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, and PPM to support delivery
  • Collaborate with a range of stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery

What we're looking for:

  • At least 5 years' experience coordinating complex projects in large organisations
  • Solid understanding of delivery frameworks, governance, and project financials
  • Confident communicator who can work with multiple stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
  • Experience working in Agile environments is an advantage
