As a Personal Assistant at KPMG, you'll be the trusted right hand to our Partners and wider client facing division; helping them focus on what they do best while you orchestrate the details behind the scenes. - This is a 12-month fixed term role.
- Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings with precision.
- Organise travel arrangements and ensure every detail is seamless.
- Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, and reports.
- Support events and projects that keep our business moving forward.
- Collaborate with the wider Business Support team to deliver exceptional service.
- Act as a key liaison for stakeholders, ensuring communication flows effortlessly.
- Proven experience in administrative or executive support roles.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication abilities and a professional demeanour.
- Tech-savvy skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
- A proactive, solutions-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Master of multi-tasking with a eye for detail and knack for anticipating needs before they arise.
- You are someone who excels at building trusted relationships with stakeholders and thrives in a collaborative environment.
