About the Role

We're looking for an AI Product Owner to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled products that support environmental goals. This role involves managing product strategies, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring AI solutions are responsible and ethical.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate AI product vision and roadmap
  • Manage and prioritise the product backlog
  • Translate policies into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and oversee delivery
  • Collaborate with scientists, policy advisors, and partners
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with governance and legislation

Skills & Experience Required OR About Your Experience

  • 5+ years in product ownership or digital delivery roles
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and ethics
  • Experience in Agile methodologies and backlog management
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts
  • Knowledge of environmental policy or climate projects (desirable)
