We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our vibrant team and maintain the high standards that Mövenpick is known for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage rostering, stock control, supplier relationships, and cost efficiencies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, menu development, and event coordination.
  • Handle customer feedback professionally and maintain positive client relations.
  • Report to senior management and contribute to continuous business improvement.
  • Skills and Experience Required
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant management experience in hospitality or food service; and/or
  • A Level 5 qualification in hospitality management, business, or a related discipline.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-focused mindset with attention to quality and detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required. (Minimum 30 hours per week and maximum 45 hours)
