We are seeking an experienced Chef specialising in Indian cuisine to join one of our partner Indian restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate culinary professionals to bring authentic flavours and traditional techniques to a thriving kitchen.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (South Indian)
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure consistent food quality and presentation
  • Menu development, along with the restaurant manager, and contributing ideas to enhance the dining experience
  • Supervise kitchen staff and manage inventory as required
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Adapt to special dietary requirements and maintain consistency in taste and presentation
  • Mentoring and training junior kitchen staff

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef in a fast-paced restaurant or similar environment
  • Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a dynamic team
  • Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

This is a full time position with minimum 32hr/week.
