We are seeking an experienced Quality, Risk & Improvement Lead to support our CEO and Senior Leadership Team in advancing organisational performance, strengthening governance, and ensuring high-quality, safe, and resident-centred care. 

About the RoleIn this influential role, you will:

  • Lead quality and risk management activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
  • Oversee incident management, complaints processes, RCAs, and risk registers.
  • Support accreditation, audits, compliance reporting, and Clinical Governance Committees.
  • Use data and KPIs to monitor performance and recommend improvements
  • Support organisational learning in quality, risk, and infection prevention and control.
  • Lead change management and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Promote culturally safe practice and a strong health, safety, and wellbeing culture.

About You

You will bring:

  • A relevant degree (business, health management, or similar).
  • Certification in Lean/Six Sigma, and project management.
  • 5+ years' experience in process improvement, innovation, or organisational transformation (healthcare preferred).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to lead change, influence others, and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and confidence working with data.

Experience in aged care or clinical environments is desirable.
