**Allevia** **Hospitals** are looking for a switched on, professional and highly communicative healthcare administrator**to join our Quality & Patient Engagement team to coordinate our patient feedback and complaints process.
This is a permanent part-time role (20 hrs per week) based at the magnificent **Allevia Hospital in Epsom.**
As our Patient Feedback & Complaints coordinator, you'll bring your professional communication skills to collect, record, investigate and respond to patient feedback, including the facilitation of meetings where required. You'll also get to utilise your advanced analytical and reporting skills to transform feedback into meaningful information essential for the continuous quality improvement and excellence in patient care that Allevia is proud of.
- Relevant tertiary qualification or experience in similar healthcare related role
- Expert data analysis & reporting skills using Power BI or similar
- Advanced MS Office - Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.
- Excellent verbal and written comprehension and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
