About the role:

With a diverse client base and project portfolio, Leith Consulting are looking for an experienced surveyor who is confident leading land development projects end-to-end, and who will thrive in a collaborative, supportive, and purpose-driven environment.

You'll bring strong technical expertise in surveying alongside a knack for building trusted relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues alike. Detail-oriented and outcome-driven, you'll be comfortable working independently and as part of the team, using your critical thinking skills to navigate a wide range of land development projects. In addition, you will be:

  • A Licensed Cadastral Surveyor with at least 3 years' NZ industry experience
  • Proficient with 12D, CAD, LandOnline
  • Excellent at written and verbal communications
  • Motivated, have a good work ethic, and a problem-solving mindset
  • Positive with a can-do attitude and a good sense of humour
