As an Accounts Payable, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.
You will work closely with internal teams an external vendor, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring financial process run efficiently.
What kind of work may be involved?
- Process, verify and reconcile invoices in a timely manner
- Manager the accounts payable inbox and respond to supplier queries
- Prepare and execute weekly and monthly payment runs
- Match purchase orders, invoices and delivery notes
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support process improvements within the finance functions
Ideal skills & experience:
- 5 years relevant experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with accounting software, Pronto, CAAPS – Lynn Role add, Greentree, Edocs.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
