We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Senior HCM Consultant Professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers flexibility for full-time employment. There will be travel involved, for this role to New Zealand as per need.

The SAP S/4HANA Senior HCM Consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions within S/4HANA environments. This role focuses on optimizing HR processes such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll, and Employee Self-Service, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules and compliance with business requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end SAP HCM implementation within S/4HANA projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP HCM modules.

  • Configure and customize HCM components such as:

  • Personnel Administration (PA)

  • Organizational Management (OM)
  • Time Management (PT)
  • Payroll (PY)
  • ESS/MSS
  • Conduct workshops with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and provide best-practice solutions.
  • Ensure integration with Finance, Payroll, and SuccessFactors where applicable.
  • Prepare and execute testing strategies (SIT, UAT, payroll parallel runs).
  • Support data migration activities for HCM-related data during S/4HANA transformation.
  • Develop training materials and deliver knowledge transfer sessions to HR and IT teams.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting, and optimization of HCM processes.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, data security, and organizational policies.

Required Skill & Qualifications

  • Experience:

  • 10+ years in SAP HCM implementations, with at least 4+ years in S/4HANA projects.

  • Strong expertise in Time Management and Payroll configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with WRICEF objects, schemas, rules, and integration points.
  • Knowledge of data migration tools and processes for HCM.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management.
  • Certifications in SAP HCM or S/4HANA.
