Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled
SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Consultant
. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting
SAP S/4HANA FICO
modules, with a focus on
GL Accounting, Product Costing, Inventory Accounting, and Margin Analysis
. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless SAP integration. This role requires deep functional expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation & Configuration:
    Configure and deploy
    SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling
    modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Requirement Analysis:
    Work with business stakeholders to define, document, and validate functional requirements.
  • Solution Design & Documentation:
    Translate business needs into system configurations, develop
    functional specifications
    , and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Testing & Validation:
    Develop and execute
    test plans
    , ensuring system integrity and compliance with business processes.
  • End-User Support & Training:
    Provide training sessions, create user guides, and assist in troubleshooting post-implementation issues.
  • System Maintenance & Optimization:
    Support ongoing SAP operations, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience
    in
    SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling (FICO)
    implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    GL Accounting, Product Costing, Inventory Accounting, and Margin Analysis
    .
  • Experience in writing
    functional specifications
    and working closely with technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of
    SAP best practices, integration with other modules, and system performance optimization
    .
  • SAP FI/CO & S/4HANA certification is preferred.
  • Excellent
    problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
    .
  • Ability to
    collaborate with cross-functional teams
    and work in an Agile environment.
