We're looking for people who have lived and breathed business

Our most successful Business Brokers are:

  • Former or current business owners, franchisees, operators, or directors
  • Experienced in SME management, sales, operations, finance, growth strategy, or turnaround
  • Familiar with P&L, cashflow, staffing, marketing, scaling, and business systems
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building ability
  • Excited by a performance-based environment with significant financial upside

You'll need to hold (or be willing to obtain) a Real Estate Licence - full support provided.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyse and market businesses across a range of industries
  • Guide owners through the sale process from appraisal to settlement
  • Analyse financials, performance drivers, and business opportunities
  • Engage with buyers, investors, lenders, accountants, and advisors
  • Build long-term relationships with business owners and shareholders
  • Create targeted marketing campaigns to attract qualified buyers
  • Negotiate with parties to complete sale transactions and due diligence.
