Our client a global insurance broking and risk advisory firm have engaged the team at Tyler Wren to find their next team member in the commercial broking support area of their Christchurch office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the broking division in maintaining and growing an existing book of clients alongside a Senior Broker.

**About the role**:

- You will work in conjunction with the support team ensuring preparation and delivery of documentation timeously
- Review renewal terms and report on any changes at renewal to the Senior Broker
- You will develop and maintain relationships with insurers, clients and ad-hoc stakeholders
- You will also support the Client Managers in the management of clients claims, dealing with clients on recording information and answering queries whilst liaising with assessors as required
- You will also ensure all documentation is prepared in accordance with compliance procedures

**About you**:

- A strong communicator both orally and written
- Excellent interpersonal, organisational, time management and reporting skills
- The ability to prioritise work and be diverse in the work that you manage
- A qualification in insurance and knowledge of the insurance industry is desirable
- A keen willingness to learn and bring on additional duties when required by the business
