Are you an Air-Conditioning Technician with extensive breakdown and maintenance experience? Do you have the desire to grow and work with a well-established team. Reporting to our Service Manager, this role will involve completing a variety of breakdown and maintenance works at residential and commercial premises.

Continuing growth and expansion plans create both stable employment and career opportunities for suitable and ambitious applicants.

Remuneration will be negotiated based on experience and will include salary, vehicle and regular process and performance bonuses.

Our service area takes us from Logan to Caboolture - with the majority of our work being in Brisbane.

Key Duties/Responsibilities

  • Breakdown attendance and repairs for DX split, package, VRF, refrigeration, smaller chillers and mechanical extraction equipment
  • Preventative maintenance across government, commercial and domestic sites
  • Mentor and develop junior staff

Key Selection Criteria

  • 5+ years post qualification experience in Air Conditioning particularly in breakdown diagnosis and repairs
  • Refrigeration and Air-conditioning trade qualification L4
  • EWRB Electrical Service Technician (EST) licence OR full electrical licence
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to use electronic job management system
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work to timelines and manage multiple & competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Current and valid motor vehicle licence
