We are searching for people to join our installation and service division who wants to work alongside a highly experienced team and develop their career.

A candidate with HVAC installation experience will be highly beneficial to join our installation team, however we will also consider practical, common-sense applicants from other trade industries who would like to a career change and to learn new skills.

Our ideal candidate for our service team will have experience in maintaining, servicing and commissioning of ducted split, VRF, ventilation systems, HWHP in both high end residential and commercial applications.

Ace Air Conditioning has been Auckland's leading design and build company in the commercial and high-end residential HVAC sector for over 45 years.

We have an excellent reputation within the HVAC industry and are known for our quality workmanship and great company culture.

We are looking for Air Conditioning Installers to complement our existing, experienced team.

Our ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Great positive outlook
  • Trade based experience with a good work ethic and the ability to learn new skills
  • Produces tradesman like workmanship on every job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work as part of a team
  • Site safe, working at heights and boom lift cards are ideal but not essential as we will provide any required training
  • Full, clean, current NZ driving license
  • Customer facing experience, efficient and clear communicator with customers, site foremen and other contractors on site to ensure projects run smoothly

Ace Air Conditioning will provide:

  • Steady workflow year round, minimum 40hrs per week
  • Time and a half after 40 hours
  • In house and external training with leading brands
