We have a CBD office which has a mix of internal offices and open plan areas, providing for both collaboration and quiet work. We work hard and foster a supportive environment.  You will be encouraged to take ownership of files, while knowing that there are experienced senior practitioners available to help when needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience in litigation or general disputes including civil, estate and trust work.
  • Proven Court experience.
  • Enthusiastic about pursuing a career as a specialist litigation lawyer.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and legislation.
  • Excellent drafting skills.
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • A proactive approach to client service and business development.
