**Contract: Permanent full time**
**Where: Auckland**
**We’re all about endless potential**:
We’re the team empowering New Zealand’s digital future. A future few can imagine. It started with the roll-out of our once in a hundred-year network. But there’s much more to come as we keep pushing what’s possible, providing unlimited access to an ever-evolving range of innovative products and services. Technology that’ll support, inspire, and connect people and businesses for generations.
To that end, we need more curious, collaborative, and forward-thinking people. Because while we’re busy improving our national network, we’ll need more of the best to join our truly inclusive workforce, one where you’ll be made to feel you belong, and that everything you do is valued (because you do, and it is).
As for our culture. Our people say it’s one of the best around. We’re proud of that. And with our Chorus Care package benefits behind you too, you’ll have everything you need to seize this opportunity and make it your own.
**Work your way.**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
This role is responsible for working with marketing and internal teams on the production of our public website, service provider site, and campaign and corporate sites to support the achievement of our company, brand and marketing activities and our customer experience ambitions and includes:
- Daily maintenance and support of Marketing’s ecosystem of websites and working alongside content owners to ensure there are systems in place to ensure critical site content is up to date.
- End-to-end website channel management, including content production, maintenance and success measurement
- Working with the content team to expand content creation and web authoring competency
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to facilitate the efficient and effective use of our web channels to deliver a great brand and customer experience that supports the uptake of fibre broadband
- Supporting and driving the Chorus digital marketing strategy; working with marketing peers and stakeholders to ensure online marketing activities align to strategy, brand, marketing, sales and broader business objectives.
- Continuously improving Chorus’s website digital journeys and customer experience outcomes online
- Working with the Marketing Lead - Websites and your colleagues in the marketing team to implement Chorus’ marketing communication activities and projects successfully across our websites.
**What you’ll bring to the table**:
We are looking for someone with 5+ years of leading websites who can jump in and hit the ground running.
You’ll need to be a digital all-rounder with good problem solving and decision-making skills and a proven track record of managing and delivering successful websites. You’ll be adept at working in agile environments, multi-tasking and keeping projects on track, delivering to agreed timeframes and budgets.
You have robust organisation and project-management capabilities and can manage multiple projects and stakeholders at any one time. You are a great team player and thanks to your strong written and verbal communication skills, you’ll be able to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and develop strong relationships to achieve great outcomes.
You are customer champion, with a deep demonstrable understanding of customer needs to ensure that we design the right product, processes for the customer.
While an understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation tools is an advantage, this is very much a website management role.
