**Head of Girls Cricket**:
We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Head of Girls Cricket, working within Scots College, in Wellington, New Zealand. This position encompasses three distinct components: College 1st XI and 2nd XI Girls Cricket Coach, Boys Resource Coach, and Academy coaching and administration for Years 5-10.

Applicants should have:

- A passion for sport
- An NZC Level 2 or higher qualification or equivalent qualification/experience
- A talent for working with children, and developing their talents.
- A commitment to the development of cricket in the College.
- Empathy and the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organisational, communication, and administrative skills.
- A talent for working with children and young people, and developing their talents
- The ability to motivate and drive players
- A commitment to the College and to its cricket programme
- Be willing to “go the extra mile”
- The right to live and work in New Zealand, ideally.
