As a Data & Insights Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the next phase of Chorus’s data driven journey. You’ll be naturally curious, collaborative with a passion about for data & insights. You will get to work on a variety of initiatives and be a key influencer and contributor across all Chorus’s business domains. On a daily basis, this may look like:

- Collaborate and Innovate: Work within an agile framework alongside a dynamic team of Analysts and Engineers to deliver cutting-edge data solutions.
- Create Insightful Visualizations: Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations that present data insights in a clear and compelling manner to stakeholders.
- Analyse and Deliver: Utilize advanced data analytics, statistical modelling, and visualization techniques to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making.
- Solve Business Problems: Translate complex business challenges into specific questions or hypotheses that can be answered through data analysis, and present findings in an engaging and understandable way.

**Ō Wheako, ō Pūkenga | Your Experience**
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Expertise in working with complex data sets to deliver meaningful, actionable insights.
- Proficiency in SQL: Strong SQL skills are essential; experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake is a plus.
- Visualization Expertise: Advanced skills in data visualization, with experience in Tableau preferred.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and the capability to navigate complex and challenging environments.
- Outcome-Oriented: Courageous in challenging the status quo and focused on delivering results that drive customer success.
- Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics and convey insights effectively.
