We're looking for a **Head of Data and Insights** to join our Product team based in Auckland. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our Chief Product Officer and senior leadership to deliver insights that are at the heart of our strategic decisions. Your expertise in both quantitative and qualitative data will guide the direction of our business, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the industry.

**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and implement a data strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth plans, ensuring data collection and insights are actionable and aligned with our goals.
- Identify and secure the data needed to drive our strategy.
- Lead a team to create and distribute valuable insights that inform decisions across the business, ensuring these insights are fully integrated into our product development and broader business strategies.
- Champion data-driven decision-making throughout the organisation, ensuring we set the standard for how data is used in media.
- Build strong relationships across the business to ensure alignment between our data efforts and overall business priorities.

**What You Bring**:

- Extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research.
- A proven track record in leading data strategy within complex organisations.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage a wide range of stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of media data.
