**About the role**
Great opportunity for a high performing individual who has a passion for developing strong analytical and reporting capabilities to support effective business decision making. This role will support the Senior Insight Analyst and be the data center of excellence for the Operations and Managed Services division. This role will also develop a data-driven analytical model to provide the organisation with strategic direction and actionable insights to enable FBNZ to meet company objectives successfully. Other duties include:

- Generating reports and dashboards for the Operational team to provide insight of the performance and productivity of the team
- Produce customer profitability reports to enable appropriate decision making
- Compiling weekly Finance report including forecasts, assist in DHB quarterly reviews
- Maintain efficient and accurate reporting models
- Identify and investigate data quality issues, working with IM and other BI members to improve accuracy

**Skills & experience**
We are looking for someone who has strong analytical skills. Along with this, you will also have:

- 2+ years experience in a relevant data insight position
- Proven experience in business analysis (financial and operational), data systems
- Proven ability to translate data into meaningful business insight is an absolute requirement
- Working knowledge of BI Tools (Power BI) is advantageous
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills
- Proven ability to take initiative and be pro-active
- Strong analytical aptitude
