**The Opportunity**
Gentrack ANZ are currently hiring a **Regional Talent Acquisition Advisor (TAA)**
The role of the TAA is to work with the Talent Acquisition Business Partner in partnering with the business to shape the growing organisation in line with the global values and culture and to enable us to support our clients in transforming Utilities via Cleantech. This is a key role - you will work with the TA BP to be the face for the business, a true salesperson that understands how to source the best talent and share the opportunities we have at Gentrack and attract the best talent.
**The Specifics**
Reporting into the Regional Talent Acquisition BP, you will be responsible for supporting and delivering on a resourcing strategy for your region. You will work with the TA BP, PX team, marketing, and leadership to scope innovative and impactful resourcing campaigns to help us secure talent globally.
The role is an end-to-end role, - we are a hands-on team, and a team player attitude as well as technical excellence will see you succeed.
You will have the full support of an excellent PX team to deliver against your regional goals and whilst no day is the same, we would expect you to provide expertise in the following:
- Working with marketing to _develop and promote the brand_ and secure roles using direct channels wherever possible, including but not exclusively, advertising, social media, LinkedIn, headhunting, referral schemes and job boards.
- _Liaise with Leaders to identify requirements_, formulate JD with the support of PX Coordinator and guidance from TA BP
- _Manage your metrics_ - tracking open roles, Time to Hire, analyse effectiveness of advertising campaigns and platforms used.
- _Coaching Managers_ in leading and closing their recruitment strategy effectively
- Management of the offer process including negotiations
