**Your Role**:

- Provide honest, timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.

- Prepared, punctual, and maintain student engagement.
- Deliver goal-oriented lessons effectively.
- Demonstrate high-quality, professional teaching.
- Mark and provide meaningful feedback on all assignments and activities.
- Accurately record scores and activities.
- Create insightful lesson notes on student strengths/weaknesses.
- Adapt lessons based on student reassessment and lesson plan guides.
- Complete required lesson documentation.
- Maintain rapport with manager and colleagues, communicate student progress concerns.
- Uphold professional standards and treat students with respect.

- Manage centre opening and closing.
- Capability to mentor and train staff.
