**The Job**:
As the Manager in Training, you’ll have a passion for retail and be motivated to lead your team to success, your job will also include but not be limited to:
- Coach and develop the team to build their capabilities and unlock their potential.
- Exceed store targets and KPIs by driving the team and leading by example.
- Oversee and manage all Store Operations i.e. visual merchandising, stock replenishment, rosters, stocktakes etc.
- Assist in HR Functions - Performance management, termination & recruitment
**The Benefits**:
- $52k-$54k+ Base Salary
- Monthly bonus

- Sunday - Thursday roster

**About You**:
- Strong leadership experience in an ASM, Manager in Training or Store Manager position and within apparel or general merchandise retail
- A confident, resilient and outgoing personality
- Proven understanding and experience with retail operations
- Ability to inspire and drive sales results through your team
- Provides exceptional customer service in a busy environment
- Adaptable, flexible and can work well under pressure
