Make a difference by helping users adopt a new ERP system

What our client can offer:

Our client offers the chance to make a real impact by joining a mid-flight ERP programme, supporting users as new modules and functionality are rolled out. You'll be involved from the early stages of implementation, with semi-hybrid working arrangements (1–2 days from home).

What you will do:

  • Plan, design, and deliver engaging training sessions for end users
  • Develop clear, practical training materials and documentation
  • Support the rollout of the new ERP system, partnering with the change management team to drive smooth adoption
  • Provide post-implementation training and user support

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in delivering system or process training
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to translate technical information into simple, user-friendly learning
  • Experience with ERP or large system implementations is an advantage
