**Your new role**

A great opportunity to launch your career within the Transport industry You'll work with some of the best and most iconic brands and products available to the New Zealand transport industry.

As a parts junior based in TWL, Mt Maunganui; your focus will be on customer service and satisfaction, teamwork, and ensuring financial and marketing objectives are achieved.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Assisting customers at the counter with parts interpretation and orders
- Seeking and purchasing non-stocked products as required
- Ensuring your orders have been processed by the warehouse and dispatched to your customers.

You will also receive training on the warehouse duties involved in the picking and dispatch of orders.

**Your benefits**

You will participate in a two-year MITO training course resulting in a Certificate in Automotive Parts and Accessories (Level 3) and pay increases as you complete credits. Once completed move into a Parts Interpreter role or move across our business into other roles of interest.

This is a junior/intermediate role that will suit someone who has the ambition and the passion to build their future with a leader in the Transport Industry.
