We're looking for an enthusiastic Junior Finance & Insurance Business Manager to join our high-performing team at Auckland City Toyota Mt Wellington.

What You'll Do

You'll learn how to deliver the best customer finance and insurance experience from start to finish.

Your development will include:

  • Understanding dealership operations, systems, and compliance
  • Learning finance product features, consultative sales techniques, and communication skills
  • Shadowing senior F&I Managers and gradually supporting real customer interactions
  • Building confidence in documentation, reporting, and customer relationship management

As you grow, you'll take on more responsibility, working toward becoming a fully qualified Finance & Insurance Business Manager.

What We're Looking For:

  • A strong interest in business, finance, or the automotive industry
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Confidence, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
  • Strong computer literacy and organisational skills
  • Previous experience in sales, hospitality or customer service
  • Flexibility to work 5–6 days per week, including Saturdays and/or Sundays
