We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist based in Wellington to join Talent As a key member of our Corporate Services team, you'll play an integral role in connecting exceptional talent with great opportunities. You'll support our consultants across permanent and contract recruitment - proactively sourcing, attracting, and screening top talent, while coordinating seamless recruitment processes that make a lasting impression on both candidates and clients.

This is a hands-on, people-first role where no two days look the same. You'll help build talent pools, manage job ads, coordinate interviews, and deliver an exceptional experience every step of the way. Key Responsibilities:

Technical

  • Support Consultants in managing the full recruitment process, from sourcing through to placement.
  • Post job ads, screen applications and help match great talent with great roles.
  • Actively source quality candidates, from a variety of sources, utilising a range of tools, for both permanent and contractor roles.
  • Proactively build, manage and maintain talent pools so we're always one step ahead.
  • Multitask and prioritise effectively to work on a number of competing job priorities simultaneously.
  • Achieve or exceed agreed targets.

Interview and placement

  • Grow and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.
  • Proactively reach out to talent - including passive candidates already in work.
  • Identify and approach suitable candidates who may already be in work.
  • Determine candidate qualifications by interviewing, analysing, verifying references, and assessing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Prep, guide and support candidates through CVs, interviews and applications.
  • Shortlist top talent and collaborate closely with consultants for submissions.
  • Coordinate interviews + client panels and help deliver a seamless experience for all.
  • Work hand-in-hand with consultants to ensure a smooth, memorable candidate journey.

Candidate Administration

  • Keep documentation, notes and records up to date in our systems.
  • Ensure all data is managed in accordance with privacy and employment legislation.
  • Support reporting and compliance activities as required.

Teamwork

  • Partner with the consultants to ensure efficiency and timeliness with the recruitment process.
  • Contribute to the team effort by achieving results as needed.

Customer Service

  • Deliver a warm, professional and responsive service to candidates and all stakeholders.
  • Support timely communication and feedback loops throughout the recruitment process.
