We're on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Attendant/ Kaitaurima on a casual "on-call" basis to deliver great customer service which will include serving coffee, food and drinks to our manuhiri (visitors). For over 40 years, manuhiri (visitors) from around the world have travelled to see the famous Agrodome Farm Show. The Woollen Mill and Shearing Museum are located on-site to add to the educational and fun time experienced 365 days a year. Due to Covid-19, we have had to "hibernate" activities at the Agrodome however, we are keen to ramp up activities at this venue in line with expected visitor growth. This experience is a world-first and compliments the range of outdoor experiences that we currently offer to our domestic and international visitors to the region. Our purpose is to make the connection - with our customers, through our people, to our place and to Ngāi Tahu. We take great pride in warmly welcoming manuhiri to our experiences. Manaakitanga (hospitality) is one of the core values that drives the way we do business. As hosts, we care for our manuhiri and our team as our own whānau. **A little bit about you** We're after someone who: - Dazzle our manuhiri from around the globe - Blow us away with their experience in hospitality, including food handling and experience in making coffee - Keep the restaurant clean, safe and looking good - Work well in a team - Is eager to learn and correctly pronounce reo Māori names and terms - Stays cool under pressure - Can work shifts on weekdays, weekends and public holidays Anything could happen in a day - and we need someone who isn't afraid of a long and varied to-do list Want to find out a little bit more about us?
