As a Senior Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service across our restaurant and bar, with a strong focus on a la carte dining. From recommending dishes and wine pairings, to mixing cocktails and ensuring seamless service, you'll bring confidence, expertise, and a warm, professional presence to every guest interaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking orders, upselling, and delivering food & beverages
- Understanding and catering to dietary and cultural needs
- Setting and resetting tables, replenishing buffets, and maintaining cleanliness
- Assisting with room service and POS transactions
- Following food safety and health & safety procedures
- Providing genuine, friendly service that makes our guests feel at home
- This is a hands-on, guest-facing role that offers variety, a fast pace, and the opportunity to contribute to a tight-knit team.
What we're looking for:
- Proven food & beverage experience in a la carte dining and bar service (preferred)
- Strong wine knowledge and cocktail-making skills are highly valued
- A confident communicator who can engage naturally with guests
- Professional, reliable, and able to lead by example during service
- Calm under pressure and proactive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work PM shifts, which will include weekends, and public holidays

This is a part-time role offering a minimum of 30 hours per week (more rostered hours when busy), with an hourly rate between $ $26.00 per hour depending on experience.
