We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor - Building & Construction Resource Recovery Centre.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to supervise a team and operations work activities to make sure all tasks are completed safely and meet or exceed our customers’ requirements. This will include pre-start, post-run, and minor day to day maintenance tasks on all equipment.

What you will achieve:

- Managing all aspects of the day to day operations of our branch
- Ensuring a high rate of recovery for the recycling materials
- Developing compliance standards for the material recovery and setting the relevant work procedures for non-standard tasks
- Managing the cost control, efficiency management programs to maximise profitability
- Maintaining and developing the safety first culture to support our continuous HSE improvement

**To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate**:

- High attention to detail with strong verbal communication skills and good understanding of operating procedures
- Demonstrate self-motivation and strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with computerised systems

We are looking for a true leader who has proven experience in a supervisory role preferably within transport/waste/logistics and recycling industries with good mechanical aptitude.
