The Paving Operations Supervisor is responsible for the effective management of multiple paving crews and equipment to ensure the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of paving works. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a thorough understanding of paving operations. The Paving Operations Supervisor will oversee day-to-day activities, manage resources, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

In addition to the above you will:
- Manage a safe work environment for all employees, subcontractors and the public- Co-ordination of resources to safely and efficiently complete planned work- Supervise projects in a profitable and efficient manner and to the highest quality standard- Provide onsite leadership to the paving crew- Provide effective service delivery and interaction with customers and stakeholders- Encourage the growth mentorship and development of teams and crews

We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve goals.- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on prioritization and problem-solving.- Sound knowledge of paving techniques, materials, and equipment.- Proficiency in safety regulations and procedures related to paving operations.- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.- Relevant certifications or licenses may be required.- Ability to work in outdoor environments and withstand exposure to varying weather conditions.- Capable of lifting heavy objects and operating equipment as needed.- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
