The Intelligence Community Shared Services (ICSS) support both the GCSB and NZSIS and have an opportunity for an Employment Relations (ER) Advisor / Senior Advisor to join our People and Capability team.
In this exciting new role, you will provide support and guidance on a diverse range of employment related issues and assist with promoting a positive employment relations culture.

**Key areas of responsibility include supporting**:

- Collective bargaining
- Employment investigations
- Dispute resolution/mediation
- Providing legal opinions and advice
- ER policy development and review
- Union engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- A working knowledge of employment related legislation and case law
- Excellent attention to detail
- And the ability to multitask in a high tempo environment
