We have one of the most unique offerings in the marketplace, providing advice and support to ensure businesses have someone to turn to when they have difficult Employment Relations and Work Health & Safety issues to navigate. **To support our growing client base, we are seeking to expand our Employment Relations team in Auc** **kland.** Our Employment Relations (ER) Advisors are critical roles to the success of our business as you will be supporting our clients with expert advice across a diverse range of Employment Relations issues. **What does your day look like?** - You will be a trusted partner to our clients, making complex workplace regulations easy to understand and implement in their business. - Meet individual and team targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality assurance. **Your story so far**: - You will have minimum 12 - 18 months experience in a similar role (e.g., HR Adviser) - You will have a strong understanding and working knowledge of the Employment Relations Act, Holidays Act and other related legislation. - Demonstrated prior experience managing employment matters such as disciplinary action, restructures, and performance management. - Prior experience working in hospitality/retail/contact centre is highly regarded. - Formal qualifications in HR / IR or Law are highly regarded, however, we understand working experience comes in all shapes and sizes so we encourage those who have had exposure to employee matters to apply. **What Benefits will you get?** Working with us is pretty awesome We have a range of benefits that include: - Annual Bonus on the profit & performance of the business - Friday Drinks Trolley & End of Month Social Events - Access to discounted Health Insurance with Southern Cross - Discounts on 1000's products from Woolworths, JB Hifi, Webjet through to fitness & gym memberships - "SnackSure" - our very own version of the local corner store to keep you energised throughout the date - All day breakfast bars Ambassador's Club is the Jewel in the Crown - to celebrate you at your 2 years anniversary you are rewarded with an additional week of annual leave and from there it get's even better.
