- Planning details of hospitality services provided;
- Reflecting the company group’s long-term strategies to day to day operations;
- Ensuring smooth operations of the company's restaurants, bars and food stalls;
- Monitoring business operations including service quality, cost performance and resources allocations;
- Ensuring day to day operations meets all relevant legislation and regulations in New Zealand;
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with foods and service;
- Overseeing the recruitment activities of its staff;
- Collecting business data and preparing reports for Director(s) and other senior managements to make the company group’s strategic decisions;
- Overseeing the business development in New Zealand;
Monitoring the market trends and making suggestions to Director(s) and other senior management;
- Coordinating the implementation of occupational health and safety requirements;
- Directing staff activities and monitoring their performance as and when required;
**Skills requred**
- Three year work experience in management or equivalent qualification;
- Work experience relevant to the hospitality businesses is essential;
- Good command in Japanese (oral) is preferred;
- Sufficient knowledge in food handling and hospitality business is a must;
