**What will you be responsible for?** You will provide advice and guidance to our Wealth business on a wide range of corporate, commercial and financial services related legal issues. This includes drafting and reviewing various agreements and documents, advising on financial services regulation and change.

**What qualifications do you need?** To be considered for this role, you should have at least 3 years of post-qualification experience with a current practicing certificate or the ability to obtain one. Ideally, you will have investments experience, including knowledge of FMCA and associated regulations and trust law. However, experience gained in financial services, corporate, or banking in a law firm or corporate organization will also be considered.
