**What will you be doing?**

As a trusted advisor, you'll be responsible for handling pricing inquiries, refining system pricing processes, and providing crucial pricing insights to various stakeholders across the business. Reporting directly to the Head of Pricing, this role offers an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to Tower's strategic objectives.

You'll dive into big rock projects that directly shape Tower's future, improving and strengthening our financial and risk resilience along the way. This isn't just about crunching numbers; it's about making a real impact and helping drive our company forward.

**You can expect to be across the following**:

- Contribute to the end-to-end process of pricing innovations from engaging with business through to delivery
- Contribute to the development of pricing models, pricing insights, competitive and market analysis
- Contribute to the development, optimisation, and maintenance of Tower's pricing algorithms and rating engines.
- Contribute to working in squads to deliver enterprise-wide initiatives with Agile approach
- Contribute to pricing showcases, cross team trainings and best practices etc

**What you'll need**

**To be successful in this role, you will also be able to demonstrate the following**:

- A minimum of 1-2 years in a structured Pricing/Analyst role
- Prerequisite: Relevant tertiary qualification
- Desired: Tertiary qualification in either Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering or Mathematics.
- Strong coding/developer background
- Well versed in R (or Python).
- Geospatial skills (QGIS etc) are a plus
- Exceptional analytical/data analysis skills
