**YOUR ROLE**

We are excited to advertise for a **permanent position** to join our NZ finance pricing & portfolio analytics team. This unique role will see you lead in-depth pricing analyses through the use of statistical -based techniques, that result in pricing recommendations to our New Zealand brands that support the business in achieving its strategic objectives. You’ll contribute to the production of recommendations to key stakeholders and using your excellent communication skills you’ll manage the relationship of these key stakeholders. Being a key team member, you’ll support the coaching and development of Pricing Analysts in the team to develop their skills in key areas.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Solid experience in insurance analytical role
- Broad knowledge of general insurance
- Working knowledge in data manipulation and computer programming (e.g SAS, Tableau, Python or R)
- Advanced skills in analysis, statistical modelling and problem solving, verbal and written communication
- High-intermediate skills in developing and coaching others, strategic thinking, drive for results, customer focus, developing and maintaining relationships, managing challenges
- Tertiary qualification in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics or other Quantitative Discipline.
