**About **the opportunity**

We're looking for an **IT Services Delivery Manager** to join our Technology team at T&G. We're a global organisation that operates 24/7, with multiple sites and end-users working from diverse locations including offices, orchards, glasshouses, warehouses, and markets.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead and develop our team of 11 Helpdesk Analysts and Field Engineers
- Manage processes across the IT Services management framework for problem, incident, and change management
- Maintain and develop content for our knowledge library to drive self-service and reduce repeat incidents
- Manage IT Services vendors, contracts, and budgets
- Define and drive SLAs based on service availability and performance.
- Manage performance through dashboard reporting to track progress against KPIs

**About **you**
- 5+ years’ experience in an IT Services management role within a large, multi-site environment
- Understanding of the ITIL Service Management framework
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record coaching, mentoring, and developing people and creating a high performing, engaged team culture
- Solid business acumen with experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets
- Data-driven approach to boost performance and streamline processes
- Continuous improvement mindset
