Architectural Draftsperson

Work with architects and other engineering/design professionals to create detailed architectural drawings and plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Utilize computer-assisted drafting and design software or various drafting techniques as necessary to create accurate and precise drawings.
- Ensure that drawings comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Conduct worksites visit and verify dimensions, scale, space relationships, and material quantities
- Collaborate with project managers and construction professionals to incorporate changes and modifications and ensure that designs are achievable and feasible within project timelines and budgets.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, developments, and technologies in architectural designs

Required Qualification:

- Proven experience as an Architectural draftsperson or similar role preferred.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural drafting work.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent understanding of architectural design principles and practices.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $29.66 - $31.36 per hour

Schedule:
