The Software Procurement Associate supports our GTM team by owning the quote to order process, ensuring contracts are renewed and helping with budgetary forecasts and reporting. **Day to day you will be involved in**: Manage the customer ordering lifecycle from queries to quoting, order processing, invoicing, remediation of disputes and credits. Build strong relationships with key Vendors and Distributors, ensuring Spark are getting the best pricing for our clients. Management of the Maintenance Renewal process, including notification to customers of upcoming renewals and maintenance of Spark’s internal asset management system ensuring accurate records are kept. Ensure a highly professional level of communication is provided and information is clearly articulated to customers. Develop and cement strong customer relationships and rapport. Up skill knowledge via vendor training sessions on products and technology.
