About the role He Aha Te Tūranga

Reporting to the People and Culture Manager and working with a small New Zealand based team, supported by a wider global People and Culture team.- End-to-end recruitment, including direct advertising but also liaising with agencies and strategic partners- Ensure data and information in the HRIS is up-to-date and accurate reflecting the full recruitment process steps taken- Coordinate a seamless onboarding & offboarding experience, including liaising with wider business units such as IT, L&D and payroll- Coordinate and action all administration including assisting with reports- Assist with the delivery of operational support to leaders and employees- Provide support to the People and Culture team working across our Diversity and Inclusion pillars- This is a true generalist role and we all pitch in, which means you get exposure to all aspects of People and Culture.- The role will also be involved in projects within NZ and working with the Group P&C team at times.

As our key focus is member health, a demonstrated passion for wellbeing is highly regarded.- Experience in managing end to end recruitment is required- Experience with a HRIS such as Workday, ELMO or Taleo is beneficial- Experience within one or more areas of diversity and inclusion, or a passion for learning this, would be great- Growing knowledge of current NZ employment legislation is required- You will have strong organisation skills and ability to multi-task and be flexible with change- Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers- Of course, you’ll be able to engage and relate to a wide range of people
