We’re the creators of the Floeting® Diamond Platform, a patented radical reimagining of diamond setting design that removes the need for claws or clasps — allowing the diamond to appear as if it’s floating. But Floeting® is just one chapter in a story, decades in the making. Our team is driven by originality, collaboration, and the pursuit of excellence — and we’re now looking for a CAD Designer to join us in shaping what comes next.

**The Role**

This is your chance to be part of a team creating truly original jewellery — pieces that push past convention and bring once-impossible ideas to life.

You’ll work on a wide range of projects: from bespoke one-off commissions, to internal R&D and Floeting® platform innovations, to designs destined for global release. You’ll be part of a multi-disciplinary team where artistry meets engineering — and where your ideas won’t just sit in a folder, they’ll be brought to life and worn across the world.

You’ll also have the opportunity to grow — supported by mentorship from industry leaders, cross-functional collaboration, and access to a cutting-edge design environment that encourages experimentation and continuous learning.

**About You**

Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced designer, you bring a strong foundation in design. You might have a background in:

- Industrial design, architecture, product design, or jewellery
- CAD-savvy and excited by creative tech
- Fluent in Rhino, MatrixGold, Grasshopper, or Fusion360
- Inspired by AI-assisted design, generative tools, or automation workflows
- A natural problem-solver who can engineer beauty, not just draw it
- Excited to work alongside and collaborate with master jewellers, developers, and global partners
- Looking for a studio that values craft, creativity, and innovation equally

**You Will**
- Create highly accurate CAD files using Rhino/MatrixGold, Grasshopper, and Fusion360
- Translate sketches, briefs, and customer stories into beautiful, manufacturable 3D designs
- Collaborate with internal teams and international partners to balance artistry and scale
- Use tools like ZBrush, Maverick, Adobe Suite for rendering and presentation
- Embrace and explore AI, LLMs, and AR/VR integrations in your design process
- Contribute to our in-house CAD automation, R&D tools, and Floeting® platform evolution
