Are you a friendly, organised, and motivated young adult looking to gain valuable experience in a professional setting? We're looking for a receptionist to join our team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Welcome and check-in/check-out guests with a friendly and professional manner
- Handle reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records
- Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, sorting mail, etc.)
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities and local attractions
- Resolve guest complaints or issues quickly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience
