We are looking for two Night receptionist who are available to work between 33-44 hours per week between 9:30PM and 8:30AM

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Perform administrative tasks including data entry, reservations, and guest billing.
- Assist guests with any special needs or requests during the night shift.
- Maintain accurate records of shift activities and incidents.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas.
- Provide emergency support or direction to guests as needed.

**Key Skills**:

- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of administrative tasks and office equipment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle challenging situations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in hotel reception or customer service roles preferred.
- Knowledge of security protocols and CCTV systems.
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quiet environment, has excellent problem-solving skills, and enjoys interacting with guests in a calm and professional manner.
