We are looking for a self-motivated and reliable person to join our front desk team As a part-time front desk receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be essential in ensuring smooth operations in our busy inner city clinic. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about customer service and has excellent communication skills.

**Hours**: Saturday 8.45am - 1.15pm with the possibility or more hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle phone inquiries with great phone etiquette
- Ensure smooth office operations by maintaining accurate records and attention to detail
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable manner
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to manage calls professionally
- Computer literacy with knowledge of office software (MS Office or similar)
- High attention to detail and ability to stay organised
- Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts when required
